Kenny Kingpin Returns with H.O.P.E.

The West Coast rap star takes the industry by storm with a brand new banger produced by Chuck Heat

LOS ANGELES, CA (April 14, 2014) – L.A. rap artist and fan favorite Kenny Kingpin recently released a brand new single titled “H.O.P.E.” (Hoes Offer Pussy to Everybody), taking the industry by storm with the pre-summer banger. With his clever lyrics over the catchy beat, produced by Chuck Heat (Scarface, Ray J), Kenny’s giving his fans a fresh new take on what’s to come on his highly anticipated upcoming EP “Better Than Dope Money.”

“This song is a reminder to guys to make sure they know what they really have in their woman, if she’s trustworthy and loyal, and to treat her accordingly,” Kenny Kingpin says with a chuckle. The trendy hook “you better hope your b*tch really loves you,” plays on the notably popular theme within the industry these days of exposing groupies and “gold diggers” disguised as loyal women, for who they really are, says Kenny.

With a stash of new music on the way, Kenny Kingpin is delivering a quality, visually stylish, street opulent-type of West Coast rap music for the grown and sexy. He plans to release a colorful new visual for H.O.P.E. in the upcoming weeks and will drop more new singles, videos, and hot collaborations throughout the summer.

In addition to cooking up bangers in the studio, Kenny Kingpin maintains his role at the helm of his Rubber Band Ready Entertainment company, working with his in-house production team dubbed the “Ready Gang” and developing L.A. artists Will Fury and Rikia Chanel. Kenny Kingpin also plans to launch his highly anticipated clothing line “Alpha Boss,” featuring men’s and women’s tees, hoodies and hats, very soon.

Box Office: Captain America Remains #1

via #SuperHeroHype
There were some concerns on Friday night that Marvel Studios' highly-acclaimed sequel Captain America: The Winter Soldier might lose the weekend box office to another sequel, 20th Century Fox's animated Rio 2, which was ahead by a mere $100 thousand on Friday according to estimates. Sunday estimates showed that "Cap" had pulled ahead on Saturday with enough money to win the weekend with an additional $41.4 million compared to Rio 2's $39 million.
So far, "The Winter Soldier" has grossed $159 million in North America, which is less than $20 million away from what the original movie grossed domestically.
As of Friday, Marvel's latest superhero flick has also opened in all international markets except for Japan, adding another $60.6 million overseas over the weekend to bring its international total to $318 million and global total to $476.7 million. (The original Captain America movie topped out at $371 million globally.)
As far as IMAX theaters, "The Winter Soldier" brought in an additional $7.3 million worldwide with $3.6 million of that coming from North American IMAX theaters. The sequel has grossed $31 million of its worldwide gross from IMAX screenings.

Nexxlegacy Radio - Closing its broadcasting doors in the fall

To my long term and current supporters of Nexxlegacy Radio
Given some thought recently…I will no longer run Nexxlegacy’s brand of radio, with its final broadcast being Friday October 24th 2014. There are several reasons why it’s time to say goodbye to this station. The first is new opportunities under the same umbrella. Nexxlegacy as an entertainment brand will still live on by other forms of interviews, music, movies, and more. The Radio brand has run its course however due to the daily demands, and lack of business ideas on expanding, and lack of adding business partners, and overall…’s the last of a dying breed.  The time has come to send the show off on a much needed appreciation lane in the coming months because this station approaching 7 years has given me some of the greatest friendships / relationships I’ve even had in my lifetime. It feels right to walk away after 7 years, and over 4500 broadcasts. Taking the Nexxlegacy brand.....turn it into opportunities where I can conduct real business moves is important to me because the brand is much more than a radio station. It will always be a new way of life and a rebirth of some sorts due to the relationships built, and more. The Radio portion of it…time to say so long and thank you. We will still broadcast as many shows live all the way till the final broadcast this fall, and we will do everything to continue to provide quality interviews and classic radio fun.
Thank you so much to all of you who have maintained relationships with me since its inception and beyond. Thank you to all of those who have made an attempt to try to grow the brand via radio, and more. Some of you went above and beyond, and you will be forever appreciated. It may be the end of radio, but it will never be the end of broadcasting interviews, coming up with fresh new ideas and more.
Thank you to those who just listened. Listened to the passion that was brought forth by me, because I sincerely am humbled by what my entire creator has given me…and  the opportunities come few and far between.
See you on the air….from now till Friday October 24th 2014
